Dlm dilemma dlm memilih kaedah contraceptive yg paling accurate n the most important is, TERJAMIN KEBERKSANANNYA!!

Banyak yg suggest guna kaedah pills. Tapi aku ni jenis yg mnyampah nk mkn pil, tambahan plak nk kene ingat tiap2 kali jadual makan pil. Haish..kalau ter-missed?? Menjadi ler gamaknye! Huhu.. so, sapa2 suggest pills.. akan pertimbangkan kemdian!

Aku percaya fully BF boleh jarakkan kehamilan, walaupun aku mmg tgh fully BF my son. TAPI…. Kadang2 tu fully BF pun still boleh ‘ter’ kan? Hehe.

1. Pills
2. Condoms
3. IUD (spiral)
4. Diaphragm
5. Implant
6. Injection
7. …etc

No #5 tu nampak cam ok je. Tapi sesiapa yg ade pengalaman sila la kongsi2 kaedah yg bersesuaian dan sangat boleh dipercayai. Hmm..kalau boleh, aku nak jarakkan dlm 3 tahun sebelum berfikir tuk bg si AAD adik. Hehe..
